I'm a passionate full-time REALTOR®, a detailed and analytical market researcher and an expert negotiator. I got into the business, in part, because I was a frustrated buyer/seller who wanted to raise the bar for client care and service.     Whether it’s winning your dream home in multiple offers or negotiating the best price and terms for you; I have experience in a wide variety of complex, time-sensitive, high stakes scenarios that have successfully served my clients.

  2. Commission Rebate*

    Unique to my buyers, this is not a brokerage offering, I offer a commission rebate  equal to a percentage of the co-operating agent commission paid to me by the seller. Rebates are paid to the buyer not less than 60 days post-closing. Purchase price must exceed $500k.

    • View 1 property during our BRA contract recieve a 50% rebate of the commisison I am paid by the seller.       
    • View 2-17 properties during our BRA contract recieve 25% rebate of the commisison I am paid by the seller.         
    • View 18+ properties during our BRA contract recieve 10%  rebate of the commisison I am paid by the seller.
